Brainin Law Office was founded in 2013 to serve clients in the areas of estate planning, real estate, and business law. Gary is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys (AAEPA), an exclusive membership organization for attorneys dedicated to providing clients with the highest level of estate and elder law services. EDUCATION

Gary graduated summa cum laude from Brandeis University with high honors in Philosophy, in addition to his focus on Legal Studies. He then went on to receive his law degree from Stanford Law School, where he had the distinct privilege of serving as Executive Editor of the Stanford Law Review.

PERSONAL

Gary was born in New York, but relocated to the Bay Area for law school. The region’s climate and unique allure captivated him, convincing him to plant roots here. He is happily married to his wonderful wife, Sandy. Together, they share the joy of caring for their much-loved rescue dogs Charlie and Luci.
